Shaved fennel & blood orange salad with citrus vinaigrette and pistachio crusted cheese

Eggplant bacon wrapped trumpet scallops served over a roasted corn and chive puree

Dark chocolate mousse topped with fresh strawberries and coconut whipped cream


 

MENU 2

Tomato & watermelon gazpacho garnished with crème fraiche and toasted pepitas

Peach salad with pickled cipollini onions, toasted pecans and a balsamic vinaigrette

Crab cakes with spicy remoulade and microgreens, served over a mango salsa

Blueberry swirl cheesecake served with berry coulis

 

 

MENU 3

Butternut squash bisque garnished with rosemary oil

Balsamic beet salad with apples, candied walnuts and shaved radish

Eggplant rollatini with basil pesto and cashew ricotta

Chocolate hazelnut torte served with coconut whipped cream
