All offerings include a 20-minute consultation, menu-planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, storage, cleanup, and labeling.
Prices do not include the cost of ingredients or travel expenses, when applicable.

Personalized Weekly Meals
Looking for customized weekly meals prepared in your own home?
Based on your personal preferences, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle goals, Chef Lisa will design a creative, custom-curated menu to suit your individual and/or family’s needs. All of the planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, storing, labeling, and clean up will be done for you and your family so that you can kick back, relax, and enjoy wholesome, delectable meals made from scratch with love for an entire week! On the arranged cooking date, in your kitchen, your meals for the week will be prepared, packaged and appropriate heating instructions will be provided.

For those who love to entertain at home, Chef Lisa lets you relax and be the host of an extraordinary dinner your friends and family will love. Delectable, restaurant-quality meals are prepared, plated, garnished to perfection, and served on your dishware by Chef Lisa so that your full attention can be on creating a memorable experience for your guests.

Do you want to learn how to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and unprocessed, wholefoods foods to develop and maintain a more healthful lifestyle?
Chef Lisa's cooking classes are designed to be fun, educational, and innovative. Whether you are a long-time vegan or someone simply interested in learning how to create nutritious and delicious plant-based meals, these lessons will prepare you to cook inspiring dishes at home. Everyone who attends the class gets to take home the recipes and of course sample each wonderful plant-based creation. Not in the SWFL area? No worries! Schedule a time to cook with Chef Lisa remotely!

Yoga and Wellness Retreats
Do you host transformative wellness retreats or workshops that focus on yoga, mindfulness, coaching, meditation and/or leadership?
As healthful eating become more abundant in our modern world, there is a burgeoning demand for conscious chefs to prepare cruelty-free cuisine that nourishes the mind and Spirit, as much as it does the body. Add value to your retreat by hiring Lisa as your on-site vegan chef. Lisa's creative, customized menu will support the physical, energetic, and spiritual intentions of your event, and allow you as a leader to focus on your guests, knowing that one of the most important aspects of the experience is completely taken care of. To complement your retreat itinerary, Chef Lisa would be more than happy to host a class or workshop. As your personal plant-based retreat chef, Lisa will work with you to write a menu to suit your needs, for one-day events, weekend retreats, or week-long experiences. Lisa is available to travel for in-alignment projects and opportunities.
