I work with clients to design sophisticated, wholefood, plant-based menus customized for their special day. Whether you're looking for full-course dinners or bite-sized creations, I help to make your event exceptional and stress-free, so you can enjoy more time with your guests.

  • What is a personal chef?
    Chef Lisa works HARD so YOU don't have to! A personal chef is a chef who comes to your home to prepare delicious meals. Unlike private chefs who typically service only one client or family, personal chefs service multiple clients. A personal chef can save you time, reduce stress, and help to improve your family's health and well-being. We take the hassle out of mealtime by handling all the shopping, cooking, and cleaning so you don't have to!
  • Who are your Personal Chef Services designed for?
    My personal chef services are perfect for anyone who: Wants the convenience of coming home and heating up fresh and delicious meals to enjoy any time of day or night Is tired of eating out, bingeing on fast food or eating from the freezer section of your supermarket Wants more quality time with friends and family Has no time or desire to cook but still wants to enjoy healthy meals that tantalize your taste buds Is unable to cook due to a physical ailment or limitation Wants to improve their diet and overall health Wants to lose weight without always feeling hungry Has unique dietary requirements/restrictions or are following a unique protocol, detox program, or cleanse Has a special event or party coming up and wants to spend time with guests rather than cooking and cleaning Wants vegan food that DOESN"T suck!
  • What areas do you service?
    Lee County and Collier County, Florida. Clients beyond a 20-mile radius of Cape Coral, FL will incur a travel fee starting at $50. I am available to travel for retreats and other in-alignment opportunities.
  • What is included with this service?
    I provide clients with high-quality, customized meals that are ready to heat and eat so that you save time, effort, and energy for what’s most important. This high-end service includes: A 20-minute consultation to discuss your dietary preferences and any health concerns Custom menu planning to suit your specific needs and preferences Grocery shopping Cooking Packaging and labeling Kitchen cleanup Heating instructions emailed to you after each session. What's not included: *The cost of groceries and supplies (containers, etc.) are not included. * Travel beyond 20 miles of Cape Coral will incur an additional fee starting at $50.
  • Can you accommodate special diets and protocols (e.g., 100% raw, gluten-free, etc.)?
    Yes, absolutely! I have A LOT of experience working with clients who are on specific protocols, dealing with food allergies/sensitivities, recovering from an illness, etc.
  • Can you deliver meals once a package is purchased?
    Yes. Travel beyond 20 miles of Cape Coral will incur a fee starting at $50.
  • Are you fully licensed and insured?
    Yes! Free Flowing Health is a fully licensed and insured business.
  • Can I reschedule a cook date?
    Please contact me at least one week in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled cook date. If you cancel or reschedule without 7-days notice, your session will be forfeited.
  • Are you available to cater special events or private parties?
    Yes! Free Flowing Health is fully licensed and insured and can cater private events and dinner parties. ICheck out my Event Catering page for more information.
  • Can you provide service to a rental home or Airbnb?
    Yes! I can provide service during your stay as long as there is access to a kitchen. I can provide all of the necessary pots and pans as long as I am notified in advance or prepare the food offsite and serve it at the air bnb.
  • Is there anything I need to do to prepare for our first cook date?
    I highly recommend that we conduct a kitchen assessment and pantry reset prior to our first cook date.
  • Do I need to be home when you cook my meals?
    Nope! Arrangements can be made to determine how I can gain access to your kitchen. In fact, most of my clients are NOT home during my scheduled cook dates.
  • How much time does cooking take?
    On average, I spend up to 4 hours in my clients' homes.
  • How long will my food last?
    Refrigerated meals will hold in most home refrigerators for up to 5 days. Some menu choices can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days, however, 30 days is recommended for the best taste.
  • Do you cook with any animal products?
    No, I never use animal products or animal by-products in my cooking. I’ve discovered many delicious and satisfying alternatives that my clients love (and often prefer!).
  • How are meals packaged?
    I package and label all meals in the containers of your choice and place them in the refrigerator or freezer, depending on preference. I will email heating instructions after the session.
