For In-home Personal Chef Services

Free Flowing Health – Client Policies & Service Agreement

  • No refunds – inquire before purchasing.

  • Grocery costs reimbursed on day of service.

  • Weekly menus sent 24–48 hours before service – must confirm at least 2 days prior.

  • Busy season (Oct 31–May 31) requires a non-refundable retainer; service and travel fees may increase.

  • Last-minute cancellations = forfeited session.

 

Chef Lisa’s Promise to You

On your scheduled cook date, event, or retreat, Lisa will:

  • Arrive at the agreed day and time.

  • Disinfect the kitchen before and after cooking.

  • Clean and wash all equipment and ingredients used.

  • Respect your privacy and personal property.

  • Keep all personal information confidential.

  • Package and label prepared food with instructions.

 

Client Services Agreement

Thank you for selecting Free Flowing Health. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, delicious, and nourishing plant-based meals.

Before services begin:

  • Complete a client questionnaire and short consultation to review needs, dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.

  • All correspondence must be in writing (email or text).

  • By booking, you agree to these terms and may be required to sign a contract upon request.

 

Policies & Procedures

  • Service rates exclude grocery and ingredient costs.

  • Weekly menus are sent 24–48 hours before your cook date; confirm at least 2 days prior.

  • Storage containers, if needed, may be added to your bill. Please keep containers for reuse.

  • Menu changes, including guest count, must be submitted 48 hours in advance and may incur a fee.

  • For events, menu items are subject to ingredient availability; priority is given to seasonal, organic, and local products.

  • Grocery reimbursement is due on the day of service (cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal).

 

Booking & Payment

  • Personal Chef / Culinary Coaching: Reserved when payment is received in full.

  • Events: 50% non-refundable deposit due 90 days before; remaining balance due 30 days prior (or day-of if agreed in advance).

  • Busy Season (Oct 31–May 31): Non-refundable retainer required to guarantee your slot; service and travel fees may increase.

  • Weekly Clients: May skip one week every 3 months while keeping their reserved spot.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Last-minute cancellations result in forfeiting the session; grocery costs must still be reimbursed if already purchased.

  • One-time service credit may be issued for emergencies (in-home services only).

  • If Chef Lisa must reschedule due to emergency, every effort will be made to accommodate; if not possible, a refund or credit will be issued.

 

Lockout & Safety

  • Kitchens must be clean and ready, and dishwashers emptied at the scheduled service time, or an additional fee may apply.

  • Pets and children must be kept out of the kitchen during service.

  • If the home is inaccessible or unsafe, payment is non-refundable and grocery costs must still be reimbursed.

 

Returned Payments

  • Returned checks incur a $65 fee plus any bank charges, due before the next service.

 

Gift Certificates

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Valid only for the person listed.

  • Expire 6 months from purchase date.

 

Disclaimer

  • Chef Lisa is not responsible for manufacturer defects or product recalls.

  • Clients are responsible for informing guests of any allergies or sensitivities.

  • Chef Lisa is not liable for injuries, sickness, or normal wear and tear to kitchen equipment during service.

  • Routine use of cookware, flatware, and dishes may result in minor scratches or wear over time.
