Lisa is a renowned plant-based chef, retreat leader, lifestyle coach, health educator, yoga teacher, personal trainer, podcast host, and visionary founder of Free Flowing Health. With over two decades of dedication, she empowers individuals to transform their lives through healthier lifestyle habits, mindfulness techniques, physical fitness, and high vibrational eating. Holding a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology, Lisa's understanding of human behavior enriches her holistic approach to wellness.

Born and raised in the vibrant streets of NYC, Lisa experienced firsthand the toll of a fast-paced lifestyle. Juggling full-time EMT work with college studies led to severe health issues, including a debilitating back injury, hormonal imbalances, and emotional turmoil from past trauma. However, her journey took a profound turn when she embraced yoga for physical rehabilitation, catalyzing pivotal changes to her lifestyle, diet, and mindset.

Armed with her personal triumph over adversity, Lisa's passion for healthy living blossomed, igniting a profound desire to serve others. With multiple yoga certifications from prestigious institutions, specialized training in trauma-informed yoga and youth at risk, Lisa has accumulated nearly 1,000 hours of study. Additionally, she is a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a NASM-certified personal trainer. Lisa received her culinary education from the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC.

Today, she seamlessly integrates her expertise as a chef, coach, and educator to guide individuals worldwide toward greater levels of health, happiness, and harmony.
