Chef Lisa is based in Southwest Florida and is available to travel for in-alignment opportunities and collaborations. She also works with clients from all over the world remotely.
How it Works
Complete a brief questionnaire to get started
Begin by completing an online questionnaire and telling Lisa a little bit about yourself and which service(s) you are most interested in. This helps Lisa understand your needs, preferences, current diet/lifestyle, and/or fitness level so that she can best serve you.
Once your form is submitted, Lisa will reach out within 1-2 business days to schedule a free, 20-minute phone consultation to discuss your desired service(s) in more detail, review your specific goals, eating habits, likes and dislikes, and address any specific questions you have.
After the phone consultation, a contract for your desired service(s) will be sent.
Once the contract is signed, all that's left is for you to enjoy delicious plant-based meals, private yoga sessions, and/or health coaching sessions!
Plant-based Chef, Coach & Health Educator
Lisa Brown, founder of Free Flowing Health, is a wholefoods Plant-based Chef, Certified INN Health Coach and Wellness Educator residing in SWFL with over a decade of experience helping people transform their lives. In addition to having acquired a culinary education at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, Lisa is also certified to teach various styles of yoga and has accumulated over 500 hours of study. She holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College. Born and raised in NYC, Lisa spent her younger years living life in the fast lane. Working as a full-time EMT while in college, coupled with a poor diet, lots of stress, and little to no sleep left Lisa running on empty with a number of health issues, including a severe back injury, hormonal imbalances, terrible acne, low energy and extreme depression/anxiety. After turning to yoga for physical rehabilitation and adjusting her lifestyle, diet, and mindset, Lisa experienced deep and long-lasting healing and shifts on all levels of being. After overcoming many adversities on her own personal journey of self-discovery and transformation, Lisa's quest for knowledge, passion for healthy living, and deep desire to be of service to others became insatiable. Today Lisa combines her work as a chef, coach & educator to help people around the world achieve greater levels of health, happiness and, harmony.
