1 cup of harmless harvest coconut water
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 packed cup of spinach or mixed greens
10 fresh mint leaves, more for garnish
Juice from 5 key limes
Zest from two key limes, more for garnish
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coconut shreds for garnish
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.
3. Add smoothie to a glass, garnish with lime zest &coconut shreds
